Incident Details (including what happened, when and where the incident took place)
Details of the Incident

Due to the nature of some claims we can only register the following types of claims online:

PL Injury
EL Injury
Defective Workmanship

If the claim type is not on the above list then please phone us on 0345 246 5604 from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays) to register the claim.
