Cause of Loss
Incident Details (including what happened, when and where the incident took place)
Details of the Incident

Due to the nature of some claims we can only register the following types of claims online:

PL Third Party Property Damage
PL Injury
EL Injury
Defective Workmanship

If the claim type is not on the above list then please phone us on 01452 899 778 from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays) to register the claim.
